First time at our studio? No problem. Here are a few tips to enjoy your first experience.
Welcome to Nova Hot Yoga & Fitness! Hydration is an absolute must take care of your body before, during, and after class. Bring a water bottle to class and eat a light snack at least 60 minutes before you flow.
Nova Hot Yoga Series – allows beginners to move at a slower pace and cultivate the foundations of yoga.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Unfortunately, late entry will not be permitted after the first 5 minutes of class.
Bring your own mat, towel, & blocks. If you do not own a mat or forgot your towel, no problem! We offer mat & towel rentals at the front desk.
You must be a member to be able to register for classes. If you have GYMPASS, Groupon voucher, and or class passes, the classes will be first come first serve basis.
Once your account is set up you may register for classes up to 16 hours before the class starts through myiclubonline.com.
